Interact with other people, and face challenge with ways healthy. Adolescent mental health very influential on teenagers in range between age 12-24 year. In this age teenagers hove lots of changes in physical, emotional, and social which influence the adolescent mental health. I agree with the statement of "The importance of mental health in adolescent" because with the mental healthy condition can increase to the performance, to prevent the disease, to prevent the risk of suicide, and more easy to know the identity.

    First about Improving Performance. With conditions teenager mentality which healthy easier to upgrade and improve performance, examples of Facts Increase and achieve achievements in circumstances healthy mentality.

For example "Listen to the teacher's explanation carefully when studying in class, teenager which focus can understand the material which taught without repeating.
