Gender inequality is the difference in behavior between men and woman based on gender. Women are often considered weak and incapable, so their opportunities are limited. For example, many women do not receive proper education. women are seen as unable and struggle to get jobs .women often getting discrimination in the work place .there fore,it is important for society to eliminate negative stigmas against women
First, many women do not get proper education. They are often seen as people who should just stay at home, so going to school is not a priority. In fact, education is important for everyone’s future, including women.
Second, women are often seen as not capable of working. They have difficulty getting jobs because people think they are weak or not suitable for certain positions. However, many women actually have the same skills and potential as men. For example, many women become doctors, engineers, company leaders, and even presidents. This shows that women can also succeed if they are given the same opportunities.
Third, women often experience discrimination at work. They are paid less, not trusted with important positions, and sometimes treated unfairly. This makes them feel unsafe and unappreciated.
In conclusion, gender inequality toward women in Indonesia is still a real problem. Women often do not get proper education, have difficulty finding jobs, and experience discrimination in the workplace. In fact, women have the same potential as men. Therefore, it is important for all of us to respect women and give them equal opportunities in all areas of life.
